The title of this march refers to the zeal of young musicians in the wind orchestra and their endless possibilities to learn. The work was composed in a choral-like style, because this was the best way to express the character of the wind orchestra. The Japanese Satoshi Yagisawa's "March Willing and Able" is a piece whose idea and performance appeals to wind orchestras all over the world.
