Can I order without a customer account?

Yes, you can also order without a customer account. To do so, please simply give us your order and address details by telephone or e-mail.

However, ordering online has some advantages that we are constantly expanding - for example, you can always check the current status of your order here.

What can be the reason if I do not receive a password for my customer account?

If you do not receive the requested password email, please check your spam folder. Please note that the link contained in the e-mail is only valid for a few hours.

I can no longer log into my customer account, what can I do?

If this does not work, please contact us by phone or e-mail.

I cannot find a certain article in your shop - does this mean that you do not offer it?

Please contact us. In most cases we can get the item you want and will be happy to research this for you.

Can I order sample scores of choral music?

We do not send out sample scores. However, if the view of the sheet music samples in the shop is not sufficient for you, you have the possibility to order articles with the payment method „invoice". This means that payment is due after receiving invoice.

If you return the items within 14 days after receiving them because they do not meet your expectations, the invoice will be cancelled and you will only have to pay the return shipping costs.

How does the payment with the payment method "open invoice" work?

With this payment method, the invoice amount is due upon receipt of the goods. You will receive the invoice by e-mail immediatly after shipment of your order and - if not requested otherwise - as an enclosure to the package.

What is the reason that I cannot select "open invoice"?

If you cannot select this payment method, please contact us. We will check the cause and, if you wish, create an order with this payment method for you.

How can I pay with Amazon Pay?

With this payment method you can easily log in with your Amazon login data during the order process at our shop. Amazon first reserves the full invoice amount, which is then debited after shipping.

How can I pay with PayPal?

Simply log in with your PayPal login data during the ordering process. The amount will be debited as soon as you have sent the order.

How does payment by credit card work?

This payment method is done by PayPal - but you do not need a PayPal account. Simply enter your credit card information as usual and the amount will be charged to your credit card after you have submitted your order.

Where can I find the bank account for bank transfer?

You will find the details for bank transfer in your invoice, which you will receive after the order has been shipped. If you no longer have the invoice at hand, please contact us.

How long will it take until an article is delivered?

The delivery time for each article is shown on the respective article page. By clicking on the flag at the top right of our homepage, you can choose from which country you are ordering from. The displayed delivery times will then be adjusted accordingly.

I need an article as soon as possible, what can I do?

If you want to know for sure, whether we can deliver an article until your required date, please contact us by phone or e-mail. We will be happy to check to what extent we can speed up the dispatch or ensure a fast delivery.

My order has not arrived yet - what can I do?

If you have already received a shipping confirmation some time ago, but are still waiting for your delivery, please contact us. Please note that we ship from Germany and thus the delivery to other countries may be delayed by a few days.

Where do you ship the orders from?

We ship your orders from Eisingen in Bavaria, Germany. When shipping to other countries, the delivery time may therefore last a few days longer.

How can I send something back if it does't meet my expectations?

Within a fortnight after receipt you can of course return the ordered sheet music to us. Please enclose a copy of your invoice. This will make it easier for us to identify your return.

The return address is: Stretta Music GmbH, Landwehrstraße 11, 97249 Eisingen, Germany. Please remember to frank your shipment sufficiently.

If it is not possible to enclose the invoice or a copy, please note your name, address, order or invoice number on a sheet of paper and enclose this with the return shipment.

We will confirm the receipt of your return by e-mail. If the sheet music has already been paid for, you will of course receive a refund immediately.

How do I find my downloads?

You can find your downloads by logging in to our website with your user account. If you then click on your name in the top right corner, a menu will open. The third item is "My Downloads". Here you will find all download items you have purchased so far.

I have a download subscription or credit points- how can I redeem it?

To check your remaining download credit, please log in on our website. When you open any download article, you will find one of the buttons "Buy articles with Stretta subscription" or "Buy with download points". Click on the button and your current download credit will be displayed. Only when you confirm the purchase the points will be charged to your account.

Can I buy vouchers at Stretta?

You are welcome to buy vouchers from us. Please send us an e-mail with your address details and the amount of the voucher you wish to purchase. We will then send you the voucher and the invoice by e-mail.

How are the vouchers redeemed?

Please note your voucher code in the order commentary with your next order. We will credit you the corresponding value after receipt of your order.
