Shipment is by postal letter or DHL parcel on all working days including Saturdays. Orders, which are completely in stock, will be shipped the same day, provided that your order reaches us from Monday to Friday until 17.00 hours, and on Saturday until 11.00 hours (CET).
For orders with stocked or delayed items, we will send an unsolicited partial delivery within a few days after receipt of order, which is of course free of shipping costs. (If you do not wish a partial delivery, please inform us.) In case of unexpected changes in delivery times, our customer service team will inform you as soon as possible by e-mail.
Tip: If you have individual questions about shipping, we recommend that you send us an e-mail ([email protected]) or call us. You can reach the customer service team from Monday to Thursday from 8.00 to 17.30, on Fridays from 8.00 to 16.30 and on Saturdays from 9.00 to 12.00 under the telephone number +49 (0) 9306 98522-0.
