It is not necessary to log in before you place your order. Simply select the articles required – either by means of the shop navigation or by using the search function – and transfer them to the shopping basket.
Then proceed to the Checkout (top right, under the shopping basket symbol); an overview of your shopping basket will appear automatically. Here you can remove items from the basket, alter the number ordered or select additional articles at any time.
When you are satisfied with your choice, follow the instructions for placing your order: enter your address, select a method of payment and, after checking everything again, send your order.
A few minutes after placing your order you should receive a confirmation of order by E-mail, containing all the important details of your order. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us!
Payment using the Stretta Download method is based on a system of points. In order to download sheet music and sound data, you should first acquire download points; these will be credited to your customer account. If you do not yet have a customer account, it will be opened for you automatically when you buy points.
Put your download points (20, 50, 100 or 200) into the shopping basket and follow the instructions for placing your order. If possible, choose to pay either by credit card or by direct debit– this way your download points will be at your disposal immediately after you place your order.
